Fay Bainbridge Park is 5 minutes north of Winslow on the northeast corner of Bainbridge Island, directly south of the Hedley Spit. This 17-acre beachfront camping park has incredible views of Seattle, Mt Baker, Mt Rainier and the Cascades.
The park has 1,420 feet of saltwater shoreline on a sand/gravel beach. There's a wide open meadow behind the beach with plenty of picnic tables, a volleyball court, and a pirate ship themed playground.
Further up the hill the terrain is more forested, and there are shaded campsites, and a sheltered picnic site with a lush lawn for larger gatherings.

The pirate-themed playground is just steps from the parking lot, and is surrounded by lots of benches and picnic tables.
3. Volleyball court.

The 17 campsites at Fay Bainbridge Park can accommodate between 3 to 9 tents each. Each campsite has a picnic table and a fire-ring, and access to restroom facilities. Choose a campsite near the beach in full sunlight during summer, or a more shaded campsite on the forested hillside.
