Bainbridge Island Museum of Art

The FREE Bainbridge Island Museum of Art is located in the charming township of Winslow on Bainbridge Island, just a 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal. The art gallery is surrounded by shops and restaurants along Winslow Way. 

The 20,000 square foot art gallery opened in 2013, and has a curved glass wall, with horizontal louvres to protect the artworks from sunlight.

There are two levels of exhibition galleries, and a gift shop and bistro on the main floor.

The Bainbridge Island Museum of Art primarily showcases contemporary arts and crafts from Puget Sound artists. It take about an hour to see everything.
